Brief Introduction

The working principle of ZDB DC emergency oil pump 75 kw motor is mainly based on the operating mechanism of DC motor. When DC current flows into the commutator through the brush and is then transmitted to the rotor coil, the rotor coil generates a rotating magnetic field under the action of the stator magnetic field.

The rotating magnetic field of the rotor of 75 kw motor interacts with the fixed magnetic field of the stator to form torque, which drives the rotor to rotate. The rotation of the rotor drives the impeller or piston of the oil pump to work, realizing the suction and delivery of hydraulic oil. The working pressure and flow of the oil pump can be controlled by adjusting the current and voltage.
