What is synchronous motor?

AC synchronous motors, including T series general 3-phase AC synchronous motor, TK series air compressor use 3-phase AC synchronous motor and TDMK series mill 3-phase AC synchronous motor, and permanent-magnet synchronous motors, including direct-driven 3-phase AC VF permanent-magnet synchronous motor, TYCVF series low voltage 3-phase AC VF permanent-magnet synchronous motor and TYCVF series high voltage 3-phase AC VF permanent-magnet synchronous motor, are independently developed by SIMO company. T Series Synchronous Motor

T series synchronous motors are applied to drive fan, water pump, motor generator set and other universal machines. Their rated voltage is 10000V or 6000V as the customer request. The frequency is 50 Hz, the rated power factor is 0.9 (leading). The motor is allowed to be started directly at full voltage. The rotor circuit should be series connected with a starting resistor with ten times resistance of field winding resistance during starting.
T series synchronous motors are of horizontal. Their cooling mode can be open self-ventilation, duct or half duct ventilation, or enclose self-circulating ventilation. T series synchronous motor can have one shaft endirection as see from the ring collector. The rotation direction can be changed, but the fan should be changed accordingly.

 

TK Series Synchronous Motor

TK series synchronous motor is specially designed for driving air compressor. The motor is mainly used in cooling and fertilizer industries. This series of motors adopt fill-voltage start. If the power is insufficient, the motor can be started with reduced voltage. TK series synchronous motor has two kinds of construction. One is with the driving shaft sleeve bearing and another is without the driving shaft and the pedestal bearing. The series motors adopt quiescent controllable exciting method.

 

TDMK Series Synchornous Motor

TDMK series synchronous motor complies with JB/T 1473-2000 Technical Requirements for the 3-Phase Large Synchronous Machine Used in Mining Graining Machine. The rated voltage of TDMK series motor is 6000V or 10000V, which can also be customized. The allowed voltage tolerance is ±5, the rated frequency of this motor is 50Hz, and the rated power factor is 0.9(leading). The protection grade of TDMK series motor is IP00 and IP20, the cooling method is IC01. The mounting type of this series motor is IM7311.
TDMK series motor can be rotated in two directions. When the motor is coupling the milling machine, the DE of the motor will not suffer the axial force or radial force in addition. TDMK series motor can start with full voltage. If the power is insufficient, the motor can start with reduced voltage also, then the starting current and torque will be lower as while.

Frame: Integral construction welded by steel plate. The frame and plain bearing housing are fixed on the base by steel plate respectively

 

Stator Iron Core: Laminated by 0.5mm silicon steer lamination. The stator iron core is fixed on the frame by tightening screw ordoetail rib

 

Stator Coil: The coil is two layer lap winding. It has class F insulation and can prevent the corona. The end of the coil is wrapped tightly and be integral varnished

 

Magnetic Coil: Wound by flat copper wire and has class F insulation after be insulating treat

 

Bearing: Composed of cast iron plain bearing housing and plain bearing half-liner casted with alloy. The lubricating method is oilring self-lubricating or compound lubricating with outer oil system

 

Brush and Collector Ring: The collector rings construction is assembling. The brush is fixed in the constant voltage brush box and connected by the conducting plate. The whole brush is fixed on the side of bearing

Assembly
