Brief Introduction

General electric synchronous motor for mine mill is a motor specially designed for driving mine mill (such as ball mill, rod mill, etc.). It has high efficiency, constant speed and good power factor adjustment ability, which can meet the needs of mine mill in harsh working environment.

The stator winding is connected to the three-phase AC power supply to generate a rotating magnetic field, and the rotor generates a constant magnetic field through a DC excitation power supply. The magnetic field of the rotor rotates synchronously with the rotating magnetic field of the stator to maintain a constant speed. Since synchronous motors need to reach synchronous speed in order to operate normally, the starting method is particularly important. For example, the motor can be started by installing winding and starting resistance on the rotor, it starts asynchronously first, and switches to synchronous operation after reaching a certain speed.

This series motor is suitable for long-term continuous operation, and can be operated effectively, especially in high-power and high-load applications. The motor also has strong environmental adaptability, which can be operated stably in harsh environments.
