How to maintain explosion proof motor
Operation Environment
Elevation of motor installation point shall be within 1000m, otherwise, please consult the manufacturer whether to reduce power or to implement insulation class increasing treatment. Ambient air max temperature shall be within 40 ℃ and mini temperature is minus 15℃.
Motor Installation
Motor must be mounted in flameproof marks allowed safety environment. It shall guarantee firm foundation when mounting motor, so as to the motor has minimum vibration during running process; the foundation shall adopt firm concrete foundation and have sufficient depth; depending on installation dimension on the outside drawing, position of the foundation bolt is determined; generally, burying depth of the foundation bolt is 20-30 times as much as diameter of the foundation bolt. The foundation bolt hole shall have proper margin, thus facilitating regulation.
