Brief Introduction

ZDB series and shunt dc motor is electric motor that relies on DC operating voltage to operate. They are widely used in radio recorders, video recorders, DVD players, electric razors, hair dryers, electronic watches, toys, etc.

2．Permanent magnet DC emergency motor Permanent magnet DC motor is also composed of stator magnetic pole, rotor, brush, shell, etc. The stator magnetic pole adopts permanent magnet (permanent magnet steel), with ferrite, Alnico, neodymium iron boron and other materials.According to its structure, it can be divided into several types, such as cylindrical type and tile type.Most of the electricity used in video recorders is cylindrical magnets, while most of the motors used in power tools and automotive electrical appliances use special block magnets.

The rotor is generally made of silicon steel sheet laminated, which has fewer slots than the rotor of an electromagnetic ZDB series and shunt dc motor. Most of the low-power motors used in video recorders are 3-slot, and the higher-end ones are 5-slot or 7-slot.The enameled wire is wound between the two slots of the rotor core (three slots means there are three windings), and each joint is welded to the metal sheet of the changer.The electric brush is a conductive component connecting the power supply and the rotor winding, which has two properties: conductive and wear-resistant.The brushes of permanent magnet motors use unisex metal sheet or metal graphite brushes and electric fossil ink brushes. The permanent magnet DC emergency motor used in the video recorder adopts an electronic speed stabilizing circuit or a centrifugal speed stabilizing device.
