YBK3 180L-6 customized AC motor coal mine underground explosion-proof three phase asynchronous motor is newly developed by our company based on YBE2-series explosion-proof three phase asynchronous motor which combines advanced electromagnetic structure, processing
technology and materials. This series of motor is accord with Chinese explosion-proof standard GB3836.1, GB3836.2 and MT 451-2011. The coolant mode is IC411, the explosion-proof mark is ExdⅠMb.

Product Features
With characteristics of excellent explosion-proof performance, compact structure, high efficiency, energy-saving and convenient maintenance in later period, it is a new product customized AC motor independently developed by our company in combination with the latest technologies in electromagnetic structure, process and material at home and abroad.

Operation Conditions:
Ambient temperature is -15℃~+40℃; Altitude ≤1KM; and monthly average air humidity ≤90% (If temperature is 25℃).

Wide Application
This series of customized AC motor is widely used in hazardous places, such as explosive gas environment and underground mining workplaces of coal mine.

• Well and precisely machined shafts with good capacity of strength and toughness

Testing

• All motors must pass the piece testing before painting and packaging

• Type tests will be regularly performed for each series, more often for new developed series and variants.
