Brief Introduction

The SIMO YBBP series explosion-proof variable frequency adjustable speed three-phase asynchronous motor is specially developed for flammable and explosive industrial working conditions such as petroleum, chemical engineering, coal mining, natural gas processing and pharmaceutical manufacturing. Adopting mature explosion-proof structural design, the motor has passed strict safety certification with an explosion-proof mark of Exd ⅡBT4, which can safely operate in environments containing flammable gas mixtures, effectively avoiding safety hazards caused by electric sparks during equipment startup and operation. The model shown in the nameplate is YBBP355L2-4, with a rated power of 315kW, rated voltage of 380V, rated current of 592.5A, power factor of 0.89 and efficiency up to 96.1%. It supports a wide frequency conversion range of 6–150Hz, corresponding to an adjustable speed range of 150–1500r/min, which can flexibly match the speed regulation demands of fans, water pumps, compressors and other mechanical equipment, greatly reducing the comprehensive energy consumption of the production system.

The front and rear ends adopt 6322/C3 heavy-duty bearings, which can bear large radial and axial loads, adapt to long-term continuous stable operation under variable load, and greatly reduce the frequency of bearing maintenance and replacement.

In terms of installation form, this series motor adopts B3 horizontal base installation, which is convenient for on-site alignment and connection with various transmission equipment. When the motor runs under variable frequency working conditions, the continuous and reliable IC416 cooling system can balance the internal temperature of the motor stator and rotor in real time, avoid local overheating damage to the insulating layer caused by harmonic loss during frequency conversion operation, and ensure that the motor can run stably within the allowable temperature rise range for 24 hours.
