IP65 Explosion Proof

Brief Introduction 

IP65 explosion proof motor is a totally enclosed self-fan-cooled squirrel-cage three-phase asynchronous motor, which has the advantages of small size, light weight, reliable operation, beautiful appearance, high efficiency, large temperature rise margin, small vibration, low noise, large starting torque, advanced explosion-proof structure, etc. The power level and mounting dimensions are in accordance with the standards of the National Standard Electrical Committee (IEC). The power level and installation dimensions are in line with the national standard of the Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), which is conducive to the matching of export machinery and equipment, and lead to the spare parts of the equipment.

The series of motor shell according to its ability to limit the dust into the motor shell inside the ability to be divided into two categories of dust-tight and dust-proof, shell protection level of IP. motor shell has a high degree of sealing to reduce or prevent dust into the shell, even if it enters the formation of ignition hazards. Stator: The stator core is made of oxidised high-quality electrical silicon steel sheet, the electromagnetic wire and insulation are made of polyester-imide enamelled wire and high-quality conforming insulation, etc. The stator core with windings is dipped in vacuum and high pressure to make it a complete whole, which has excellent electrical, mechanical, moisture-proof and thermal stability. The insulation material adopts F grade insulation, but the temperature rise limit is assessed according to B grade, with large temperature rise margin and long service life.

Rotor: The cast aluminium rotor is fixed on the shaft by heat-set process, and is verified by dynamic balancing, the motor runs smoothly with little vibration and low noise.

Bearing and bearing room: the bearing adopts the special bearing for IP65 explosion proof motor, the small machine motor adopts double-sided sealed bearing, the bearing room at the end of the shaft extension is installed with waveform spring sheet, which presses against the bearing with moderate elasticity. The bearing structure of the non-extension end of the bearing prevents axial fluctuation and reduces the vibration and noise in the process of motor operation; the large machine motor adopts the open-type bearing, and there is an oil filling and discharging device at the bearing part, which can realise the filling of grease without stopping the motor.
