YR series ac motor coil winding is cage-type stator three-phase asynchronous motor, which abide by the GB/T 13957-2008 of Technical Conditions of Basic Series of Large-sized Three-phase Asynchronous Motor. This series of motor has advantages of compact structure, light weight, high efficiency, energy-saving, low noise, low vibration, high reliability, long service life as well as convenient mounting and maintenance, etc. The starting torque and starting current of this series of motor can be adjusted through adjusting external attached resistance of rotor.

Compared with ac motor coil winding, the insulation protection requirements of PTC chips and leads for high-voltage motors are higher, and the insulation strength should be able to meet the safety requirements of AC10kV.For PTC for explosion-proof motors, it should be controlled in accordance with specific explosion-proof requirements. When the motor manufacturer selects, the relevant qualifications and product marks of the supplier should be strictly verified. In view of the differences in the winding processing technology of each manufacturer, as well as the protective measures for the winding during the processing process, it is recommended to place the winding after the dipping and baking process is completed, and it is also necessary to prevent damage to the PTC insulating protective layer.

When the temperature returns to normal, its resistance value will return to the low resistance state in a very short time.
