Brief Introduction

When a IC 611 cooling motor is started, the voltage in the stator winding is reduced to 1/√3 of the line voltage, which significantly reduces the starting current. This feature reduces the impact of the motor on the grid during starting and protects the stability of the grid.

Star-connected motors of IC 611 cooling provide high starting torque at start-up and are suitable for driving heavy-duty equipment. This feature enables the motor to overcome the high static friction during startup and quickly reach the rated speed.
