YRKK series of 10kv 450kw hv electric motor is winding rotor three-phase asynchronous motor, which can adjust starting torque and starting current through adjust rotor external connected additional resistance. Motor proper adopts box-type steel plate welding structure with light weight and good rigidity. This series of motor has advantages of compact structure, light weight, high efficiency, energy-saving, low noise and vibration, high reliability, long service life and convenient installation and maintenance, etc. The motors can operate when ambient temperature is -15℃~+40℃; the altitude ≤1KM; and monthly average air humidity ≤90% (If temperature is 25℃).

Brief Introduction

Please check immediately as soon as the YRKK series of hv electric motor arrives. If there is any transportation damage which requires to submit transportation claim for compensation, photos shall be taken within one week after the goods arrive and contacts shall be made with transportation company and manufacturer for checking the evidence for rough handling.

After box-opening, carefully clear the dust on external surface of motor and protective layer on drive end fitting surfaces; meanwhile, don't damage the sealing of various combining parts.

To remove all the packaging and non-permanent auxiliary devices of motor, clean the dirt on drive end and coupling with petroleum solvent and obey required safety precautions. For winding motors, in order to prevent the working surface of collector ring from forming spots, VCI paper shall be cushioned for insulation between collector ring and electric brush; meanwhile, check whether there is short circuit and looseness for the carbon brush device on slip ring and the conducting wires on various slip rings and carbon brushes; clean the anti-rust oil on conductive slip rings to avoid striking fire when motor operates.

To rotate the revolving shaft of motor to see whether it rotates flexibly. If a motor is stored for more than one year, bearing and bearing position shall be gone through to see whether there is corrosion; bearing grease shall be changed for rolling bearing motors.
