3 Phase Small Motor

Brief Introduction

Series 3 phase small motor meets requirements of IEC standards and are manufactured by drawings and technical documents approved by prescribed procedures. Under the following altitude and ambient temperature environment, motors can operate at rated levels, and adjustment in on-site condition should be conducted under regulations in GB/T755-2008:

1. The altitude should not exceed 1000m;

2. Ambient temperature is changed in accordance with seasons, but should not exceed 40℃;

3. The lowest temperature is -15℃.

During motor operation, the deviation of the power supply, voltage, frequency and rated values should be kept in the range of the regulation. When the power supply, voltage and frequency of motors are rated, the guarantee value of the efficiency and power factor should not only conform to the regulations of the standard, but also the following requirements:

1. Motor efficiency is determined by loss analysis through measuring the input-output power;

2. In the calculation, the efficiency value takes four significant digits, and the power factor value takes three significant digits.
