Brief Introduction

The YE3 series three-phase asynchronous motor, launched by Xi'an SIMO Motor Co., Ltd., is a high-performance power device designed for modern industrial drive requirements. As a 400v electric motor that meets the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) IE3 energy efficiency standards, this product series represents the advanced level of energy saving and reliability in the current industrial motor field. Its design strictly follows the GB/T 28575 national standard, aiming to replace traditional high-energy-consumption motors and provide efficient and stable power sources for fans, pumps, compressors, crushers, and various general machinery.

In terms of core technical parameters, this motor demonstrates excellent electrical performance. With a rated power of 5.5 kW, it maintains a stable operating speed of 1460 r/min at 50 Hz, and its rated voltage is compatible with standard 400v electric motor industrial grid systems. The motor's efficiency class reaches EN.EFF. 3 (equivalent to IE3), meaning it has extremely low losses during the conversion of electrical energy to mechanical energy, achieving an efficiency of up to 89.6% with a power factor of 0.83. This high-efficiency design not only aligns with national policies on energy conservation and emission reduction but also significantly reduces long-term electricity costs for enterprises. The cooling method is IC411 (totally enclosed fan-cooled), which uses a built-in fan for forced air cooling, offering high heat dissipation efficiency and simple maintenance. The total weight is 65 kg, and it features a high-strength cast iron frame with good rigidity and vibration damping properties, effectively reducing operating noise and vibration. The connection method is marked as delta connection (CONN. △), suitable for motor configurations of 4kW and above, ensuring starting torque and operational stability.
