1. The users' power grid shall be ensured that the motor voltage during starting is no lower than 85% of the rated motor voltage.
2. The moment of inertia or flywheel torque of the driven equipment after converting to motor speed should be provided to manufacturer for checking.
3. Except the above conditions, the motor is allowed to start twice continuously in cold state or once in warm state. The motor should naturally stop between two times of starting, and the additional restart of the motor should be stopped after 1 hour.
