Brief Introduction
Small three-phase asynchronous motors, usually including H80-315MM motors, have a large output and wide applications. In the total load of the power grid, their electricity consumption is about 40%. In the early 1960s, the JO2 series motor was popular. The power level and installation size of this series motor were different from the general standards in the international market. In addition, the starting torque of this motor was low and it lacked noise control indicators. Therefore, the motor currently used in China is the Y series motor.
The motor is sturdy, durable, safe and reliable, so its usage range is becoming increasingly wide. However, some users use motors with an annual damage rate of up to 5%, which is mostly due to improper selection, improper use, and inadequate protection. Therefore, the main purpose of this lecture is to identify quality issues that occur during the use of motors and to solve them properly.
