YE3 series low voltage 3-phase motor is independently developed by SIMO company. The coolant mode is IC411, which meets with regulations of GB/T 755 Rotating Electrical Machines- Ratings and Performance and JB/T 13299 Specifications for YE4-series (IP55) High Efficiency Three-phase Induction Motor (Frame size 63-355). Its efficiency value complies with the grade 2 energy efficiency standard in GB 18613-2020 and is consistent with the lE4 in the international standard IEC 60034- Energy Efficiency Grade of Single Speed Three Phase Cage Induction Motors. This series of products can completely replace the obsolete products of low-voltage three-phase asynchronous motors, such as Y, YGM, YGM2, YE2 and YE3-series of motor.

    YE3 series low voltage 3-phase motor is made by SIMO MOTOR, it has the advantages of excellent performance, high efficiency, energy-saving, large temperature rise margin, long life, low vibration, excellent starting performance, good-looking appearance and high reliability, which are commonly used to drive water pumps, fans, compressors, conveyors and other transmission machinery in energy conservation and environmental protection transformation projects, national water conservancy projects, etc

 

Several countries have implemented a minimum energy efficiency performance standard through national legislation. IEC sets guidelines for testing and classification of motors according to standards. The following tables present two applications of power vs. frame size standards, one for Europe and another for Brazil. In Europe, the CENELEC standard EN 50347 lays down data for rated output and mounting, i.e. shaft height, fixing dimensions and shaft extension dimensions, for various degrees of protection and sizes. It covers totally enclosed fan-cooled squirrel-cage motors.

 

Designing motors that deliver good all-round performance involves a delicate balance between a number of factors which include efficiency, cost, temperature rise, vibration, noise, bearing selection, and slot and fan design. Only the correct balance will result in high quality motors which are efficient and reliable and provide a long service life.

 

YE3 low voltage induction motors are three-phase electric motors whose rotating power is based on electromagnetic induction. The current led to motor windings creates a rotating magnetic field, which induces a voltage in the rotor bars. The bars form a closed circuit where current begins to circulate, forming another magnetic field. The magnetic fields of the rotor and stator interact in such a way that the rotor starts following the magnetic field of the stator, thus producing torque. In the nature of asynchronous motors, the rotor tends to fall behind the speed of the magnetic field in the stator. When mechanical load increases on the motor shaft, the difference in speed (slip) increases, and a higher torque is produced.
