Brief Introduction

TYP5-80M Permanent magnet traction motor can use frequency conversion technology to realize the soft speed regulation of the motor, which can automatically adjust the motor speed according to the actual demand of the load to achieve the purpose of energy saving.

Frequency conversion and pole change speed regulation are two different speed regulation methods of motor products. Pole change speed regulation can only achieve multiple speed gears of the same motor, and the corresponding gear corresponds to constant and unchanged speed; The frequency conversion speed regulation can achieve a smooth transition or soft start of the motor speed of a certain pole, which can make the motor run stably at any speed.

TYP5 series motor and asynchronous variable frequency motor have one thing in common, that is, inverter power supply. Due to the frequency converter power supply, the motor can achieve soft starting and frequency conversion operation functions, but the frequency converter software control mode is different, and some frequency converter manufacturers have also introduced a special frequency converter with better performance.

The TYP5 series motor is divided into self-starting permanent magnet synchronous motor and variable frequency speed regulating permanent magnet traction motor according to the starting mode. The self-starting permanent magnet synchronous motor generally adopts high-performance rare earth permanent magnet materials, and has an asynchronous start squirrel cage in the rotor structure. It can be used for direct power supply and fixed speed operation, and can also be powered by a frequency converter for speed regulating conditions. The rotor of the variable frequency adjustable speed permanent magnet synchronous motor has no winding or starting rat dragon, and cannot be self-started, and must be driven by a special frequency converter. In theory, the rotor has no heat and no loss, and the energy-saving effect is excellent.
