Permanent Synchronous Magnet Motors

Brief Introduction

Low speed permanent synchronous magnet motors (PM motor) is a specialized motor newly developed by SIMO company, which is powered by VFD. With no intermediate transmission unit (reducer, etc.) and buffer unit (coupler, clutch, etc.), the motor can connect with the load equipment directly. It has the advantages of high transmission efficiency, good starting torque performance, energy saving, low noise, low vibration, low temperature rise, safe and reliable operation, low installation and maintenance costs. The motor can be customized by the requirements of users.

The cooling method of this series of permanent magnet motors is water cooling or forced air cooling. The motor adopts IP55 protection grade, H class insulation, and S1 duty. Other types of cooling can also be provided in line with customers' demand.

The series of permanent synchronous magnet motors are widely used in coal mine, non-ferrous mineral processing, medicine, electric power, chemical industry, building materials and other industrial and mining enterprises of ball mill, belt machine, mixer, direct drive pumping unit, plunger pump, cooling tower fan, elevator and other equipment.
