The Z560-4A(U) is an application of separately excited DC motor designed for heavy industrial operations, boasting a 728 kW rated output and a dual-speed design of 410/1200 r/min to satisfy both low-speed high-torque and high-speed efficiency demands.

 

It runs on a 660 V armature supply and a 220 V independent excitation system, generating 1181 A armature current and 34 A field current for stable, precise speed regulation. Its F-class (155 °C) insulation system and heavy-duty bearings-NU240ECM at the drive end and 6238/C3 at the non-drive end-ensure reliable operation under the intermittent S9 duty cycle, even with frequent starts, stops and load fluctuations.

 

Equipped with an IC 06 self-ventilated cooling system, the application of separately excited DC motor dissipates heat via cast iron frame fins without external fans or complex circuits, cutting down maintenance needs. Rated IP23, it resists solid debris and falling water, and its robust build tolerates 0–40 °C ambient temperatures and altitudes up to 1000 m, complying with the JB/T 9577 standard.

 

Ideal for rolling mills, overhead cranes and metal processing equipment, it delivers precise torque control across a wide speed range, boosting productivity in steel production, mining and logistics.
