For thermal management, the Z710-5B(U) is paired with a dedicated Z710-5(U) air-water cooler (IC W37A86), which provides efficient heat dissipation with a 160 kW heat rejection capacity, 24 m³/h cooling water flow, and a working pressure of 0.4–0.6 MPa. This cooling system maintains stable operating temperatures even at full load, complementing the motor's IP44 protection rating to resist dust and water ingress in harsh industrial environments.
