Brief Introduction

DC motor with air blower is a DC motor with an integrated blower designed to provide additional cooling through the blower, ensuring that the motor maintains a suitable operating temperature under high load and long operating conditions. The blower is usually installed on the housing of the motor to dissipate heat through air flow and improve the efficiency and life of the motor.

The basic working principle of a DC motor with a blower is the same as that of an ordinary DC motor, with the main difference being the integration of a blower for cooling. The working process is as follows:

Motor operation: After the DC motor is energized, the current passes through the armature winding, generating an electromagnetic force and driving the armature to rotate.

Heat generation: The motor will generate heat during operation, especially when the load is high and the operation is long, the heat accumulation may cause the motor to overheat.

Blower cooling: The integrated blower starts to remove heat from the motor surface through air flow, reducing the motor temperature, preventing overheating, and improving the stability and life of the motor.
