Check each function item setting and reset

Overload protection

After a certain time, the current is still too high, resulting in motor overload.

1. Check and correct the cause of overload and check if the current limit multiplier is set too low.

Check whether the starting time is set too long.

3,Check whether the motor overload protection level is set reasonably.

4. Check whether the motor rated current is set correctly.

Running overcurrent

Load suddenly increased?

Load fluctuates too much?

1. Adjust the load running condition

2. Check whether the B03 parameter item is set too small.

Underload protection

Motor running current lower than rated current

1. Check the cause of underload and make corrections

2. Check whether the setting is according to the operating conditions.

Phase current imbalance

Three-phase current imbalance

1. Check if the three-phase current imbalance exceeds the imbalance protection level set in parameter item B01.

2. Adjust the load operating conditions.
