Brief Introduction

YBK3 series ex electric motor is delivered after regulating partial clearances within the manufacturer, therefore the motor adopting rolling bearing can directly turn to preparation before starting machine after aligning and regulating.

Clean site and sweep surroundings.

Measure insulation resistance of winding.

As for motors below 500V of rated voltage, the cold state resistance value shall no less than 5MΩ; As for motors above 1000V of rated voltage, the cold state resistance value shall no less than 50 MΩ.

Measure insulation resistance of winding through 500V megohmmeter, wherein the value measured shall not be less than 5MΩ.

Check whether voltage and frequency supplied are consistent with regulations prescribed on nameplate. Outgoing line shall be reliably connected to grid in accordance with wiring diagram and shall be confirmed to be safe, seeing Fig. 6 for wiring diagram, at which time, unless specific requirement, rotation direction of the motor, viewed from driving end, shall be clockwise direction.
