Brief Introduction

Axes of this series explosion proof generator enclosure and mechanism drawn are aligned by testing and regulating the feeler gauge on upper, lower, left and right points of the shaft coupling. Indicators of upper, lower, left and right clearances of the shaft coupling shall be consistent (or error is within 0.04-0.05mm); the motor shaft and mechanism drawn are rotated by taking 90 degrees as a spacing, and it shall measure and record for four times within one week. For alignment of concentricity of the motor and the mechanism drawn, two dial indicators are arranged on one side of the motor and are respectively in contact with side faces of backrest wheels of two half couplings; zero positions of the two dial indicators are regulated; the dial indicators, as long as being fixed, shall not be moved; the motor shaft is rotated together with shaft of the mechanism drawn by 360 degrees, and indicators of the two dial indicators shall be same and repeat original indicators; otherwise, recheck whether dial indicators are firm, if so, it shows that two shafts are not concentric and shall be regulated once again. Finish regulation when indicators of the two dial indicators are within 0.04-0.05mm. After regulating, firmly fix the motor and mechanism drawn on base plate or foundation through bolt, align and check once again, and finish alignment if confirming that position is not moved.
