Brief Introduction
YKS series 3 phase squirrel induction motor has many advantages, such as compact structure, light weight, high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, low vibration, high reliability, long service life, easy installation and maintenance, etc. This series of motor is applied in all kinds of different machineries, such as air ventilators, compressors, water pumps, crushers, cutting machines and other equipment, and it can be also regarded as prime motor among coal mine, machinery industry, power plant and other kinds of industries and mining enterprises.
The alignment of motor and driven machine is realized through testing and adjusting four points of up, down, left and right of coupling clutch with feeler gauge. The readings of up, down, left and right clearances of coupling shall be consistent (or error is less than 0.04～0.05mm); then rotate motor shaft and the shaft of driven machine together, 90 degrees for an interval, measure and record 4 times in a week. Two dial indicators can be placed at one side of coupling for concentricity alignment of motor and driven machine. Touch the sides of clutches of two half couplings, then adjust the zero position of two dial indicators; don't move dial indicators any more directly they are fastened; rotate motor shaft and the shaft of driven machine together for 360 degrees; the pointers of two dial indicators shall be the same and repeat the original readings; otherwise, recheck whether the dial indicators are installed firmly; if confirming the installation is firm, it will show the two shafts are not concentric and they shall be readjusted. It'll be deemed to be satisfactory when the readings of two dial indicators are within 0.04～0.05mm.
