Built with an advanced squirrel cage rotor structure and integrated air-water cooling system, this 10kV medium-high voltage motor holds full CE safety certification and strictly complies with the national standard Q/XD.510.316. This 400 kw electric motor carries a rated power of 400kW, rated stator voltage of 10000V, rated speed of 1485r/min, 94.1% operating efficiency and 0.86 power factor. It adopts Y connection, S1 continuous duty system, IP54 protection grade and Class 155 thermal insulation class, which greatly improves high-temperature resistance and service life. Equipped with compound grease lubricated sliding bearings (NU222ECM drive end, 6222/C3 non-drive end), it supports stable heavy-load reduced voltage starting, and the optimized air-water cooling structure effectively prevents winding overheating and damage caused by long startup duration. Its precise coupling connection design ensures axial alignment with driven machines, and it is properly designed for rated operation at 1000m altitude and 40℃ ambient temperature, with optimized stator and rotor electromagnetic design delivering low vibration, low noise and strong overload resistance.
