The YXKK355-6 is a brand-new generation high-efficiency, high-voltage three-phase asynchronous B3 electric motor independently developed and manufactured by XI'AN SIMO MOTOR, a top domestic motor manufacturer with mature industrial manufacturing experience. Designed for heavy-duty industrial continuous operation scenarios, this 6-pole squirrel-cage rotor motor integrates optimized electromagnetic design, advanced air-water cooling technology and reliable mechanical structure. It delivers rated power of 250kW at 10kV stator voltage, featuring stable operation, outstanding energy-saving performance and long service life. Fully compliant with CE certification standards, it perfectly meets the strict quality, safety and efficiency requirements of global industrial power transmission markets.

Core Technical Advantages

Boasting an energy efficiency level of IE2 (Eff.L.2), this B3 electric motor achieves a high efficiency rate of 92.3% and a power factor of 0.80 at rated operation, which greatly reduces no-load and load energy loss compared with traditional ordinary high-voltage motors. It adopts Y-connected stator & rotor winding structure, S1 continuous working system, IP55 dust-proof & waterproof protection grade and IC611 independent air-water cooling system. Equipped with compound lubrication sliding bearings (DE: NU222ECM, NDE:6222/C3), it ensures stable external circulating grease supply during operation, effectively reducing mechanical wear and vibration. Its thermal classification reaches 155 Class F insulation, supporting stable operation under harsh ambient temperature up to 40℃ and altitude within 1000m.

Distinguished from previous SIMO high-voltage motor series, this upgraded model optimizes overall rotor electromagnetic parameters and cooling circulation path. The built-in air-water cooling system significantly improves heat dissipation efficiency under heavy load, effectively solving the overheating risk of windings during reduced-voltage heavy-load starting. It strictly follows directional rotation requirements, prohibits winding earthing operation, and requires precise axial alignment when connected with driven machinery via coupling, greatly improving operation safety and operation stability. With a total weight of 2580kg and IM B3 horizontal installation structure, it has excellent mechanical rigidity and shock resistance.
