3. Condensing Fan: The condensing fan is usually installed at the axial extension end of the motor, utilizing the power generated by the rotation of the motor to drive the fan. The function of the fan is to carry away the heat generated inside the motor through the air flow, thus reducing the working temperature of the motor.
4. Bearings and end caps: The bearings are used to support the rotor and ensure its smooth rotation; the end caps enclose the ends of the motor and protect the internal components.
The operating principle of condenser fan motor rotation is similar to that of an ordinary high voltage three-phase motor. The motor generates a rotating magnetic field in the stator windings by means of a three-phase AC current, and the rotor starts to rotate under the influence of the rotating magnetic field. At the same time, the condensing fan rotates, generating an airflow that removes heat from the inside of the motor.
Under high loads or prolonged operation, the internal temperature of the motor rises significantly, which can lead to deterioration of the insulation, reduced efficiency and even damage. The design of the condensing fan effectively solves this problem by maintaining the motor within a safe operating temperature range through continuous air flow.
