Brief Introduction

This 3 phase induction motor boasts a rated power of 560 kW, with a back EMF corresponding power of 66.7 kW/Hz within the frequency range of 20～66.7 Hz. It operates at a rated frequency of 66.7 Hz and a rated speed of 1000 r/min, maintaining a stable back EMF torque of 5348 N·m across the 20～66.7 Hz range, delivering robust and smooth power output.

It features a stator voltage of 380 V, a stator current of 925 A and a high power factor of 0.95, adopting Y (star) connection for excellent power utilization efficiency. With an insulation class of Class 155 and an energy efficiency class complying with the IE1 (EN.EF.L 1) standard, it meets the energy-saving and safety requirements of industrial applications.

In terms of structural design, the 3 phase induction motor has an IP55 protection class to effectively resist dust and water ingress, adapting to harsh industrial environments. It adopts the IC416 cooling method for rapid heat dissipation, ensuring stable long-term operation. The IM B3 horizontal foot-mounted installation is suitable for the mounting needs of most industrial equipment. The drive end is equipped with NU226ECM 6226/C3 bearing and the non-drive end with NU226ECM bearing, featuring low operating noise and high wear resistance. The whole motor weighs 3010 kg with a rugged and durable structure.

For operational performance, the 3 phase induction motor supports S1 continuous duty for 24/7 uninterrupted operation. It can withstand an ambient temperature of 40 ℃ and is applicable at altitudes within 1000 m, making it widely suitable for power drive needs in fields such as mining, metallurgy, fans and water pumps.
