When the user reaches an agreement with the YVFE4 squirrel induction motor to conduct a withstand voltage test on a partially rewound winding or a motor after overhaul, the following principles are recommended：

● The test voltage values of all rewinding groups are the same as the new motor.

● The test voltage value of the partial rewinding group is 75% of the test voltage value of the new motor.Before the test, the old windings should be carefully cleaned and dried.

● For overhauled motors, after cleaning and drying, they should be able to withstand a test voltage of 1.5 times the rated voltage.In order to objectively find the fault of the motor winding, while taking into account the reliability of the motor, the minimum value of the test voltage is specified: if the rated voltage is 100V and above, the test voltage is at least 1000V, if the rated voltage is below 100V, the test voltage is at least 500V.

● When tested according to the specified voltage and time, no breakdown or flashover occurs and is defined as qualified.

● GB14711 stipulates that for YVFE4 squirrel induction motor tests with rated voltage AC≤1000V and DC≤1500V, the alarm current of the overcurrent relay of the high-voltage transformer used should be 100mA; when the test current is ≥100mA, it is judged as a breakdown; for motors with rated voltage AC>1000V and DC>1500V, the test results shall be judged according to relevant product standards.
