Its cooling method is 1C411,meeting GB/T 755 "Rotating Electrical Machines- Ratings and Performance” and JB/T13299-2017 “Specification for YE5 series (P55) High Efficiency Three-phase induction Motor (Frame size 63-355)".its efficiency value complies with the level 1 energy efficiency standard in GB 18613-2012 and is consistent with the lE4 in the international standard IEC 60034-30 "Energy Efficiency Class of Single-speed Three-phase Cage Induction Motors.

Brief Introduction

During the thermal test of the 380v 50Hz 3 phase motor, the HVF value of the power supply should not be greater than 0.015, and the negative sequence component of the voltage system should be less than the positive sequence component. The effect of the zero sequence component of 0.5% of the quantity should be excluded.

According to the protocol, the negative sequence component of the measuring current system can be replaced by the negative sequence component of the measuring voltage system. The negative sequence component of a current system
It should not exceed 2.5% of the positive sequence component.

If the winding temperature is determined by the resistance method, the difference between the initial winding temperature and the temperature of the cooling medium should not be greater than 2K. According to the short-time rating (S2 working system) test of the motor, the temperature difference between the cooling medium and the temperature at the beginning of the thermal test should be within 5K.

The motor can be tested at any suitable cooling medium temperature, as shown in Table 12(indirect cooling winding) or Table 15(direct cooling winding). The average of several thermometer readings taken at equal time intervals during the last quarter of the test shall be used as the temperature of the cooling medium in the test. In order to avoid the error caused by the delay caused by the temperature of the large motor not being able to rapidly change with the temperature of the cooling medium, all appropriate measures should be taken to reduce the change of the temperature of the cooling medium.
