Brief Introduction

The YE3 series high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motor is a premium energy-saving motor product developed and manufactured by Xi'an SIMO Motor Co., Ltd., which fully complies with international and domestic high-efficiency motor standards. This 400v motor adopts optimized electromagnetic design and advanced manufacturing processes, achieving outstanding energy efficiency performance while maintaining stable mechanical properties. It is widely applied in general industrial equipment such as fans, water pumps, compressors, conveyors and machine tools, serving as the core power source for various production systems.

Taking the YE3-225M-4 model shown on the nameplate as an example, this 400v motor has a rated power of 45 kW, rated voltage of 400 V, rated current of 80.2 A, and rated speed of 1485 r/min under 50 Hz power supply conditions. Its power factor reaches 0.85, with a high efficiency of 94.2%, which effectively reduces power consumption during long-time continuous operation and cuts down enterprise electricity costs. The motor adopts Class 155 thermal insulation system and IP55 protection grade.
