Brief Introduction

There are two designs for the YGM2 series motors. One is suitable for general mechanical matching and export needs, with high efficiency under light loads, good energy-saving effect in actual operation, and high locked rotor torque. This design is called the YGM2-Y series. The center height is 63-355mm, and the power ranges from 0.12 to 315 kW. The motor meets the technical requirements of Q/XD.50.171-2012, YGM2 series (1P54) three-phase asynchronous motor (frame numbers 63-355).
Model meaning: For example, Y2-200L1-2Y: "YGM2" represents the second modification design of asynchronous motors, "200" represents the center height, "L" represents the base length number, "1" represents the iron core length number, "2" represents the pole number, and "Y" represents the first design (can be omitted).
The second design has higher efficiency at full load and is more suitable for long-term operation and high load conditions, such as matching water pumps and fans. This design is called the YGM2-E series, with a center height of 80-280mm and a power range of 0.55-90kW. The motor meets the technical requirements of Q/XD.50.171-2012Y2 series (1P54) three-phase asynchronous motor (frame numbers 80-280).

3, Introduction to Structure
The outer contour of the YGM2 series motor base is square and circular, and the heat dissipation fins are vertically and horizontally distributed in parallel, all of which are made of cast iron structure. In addition, H63-112 also has an aluminum alloy die-casting structure.
2. This series of motors adopts a shallow end cover structure, increasing the number and size of internal reinforcement ribs, all of which are made of cast iron structure. In addition, H63-112 also has an aluminum alloy die-casting structure. For the convenience of user use and maintenance, H180 and above have added non-stop oil injection devices.
3. The protection level of the junction box is IP55. In order to reduce the weight of the motor, the H63-280 junction box is made of aluminum alloy die cast (or cast iron parts can also be used), and the H315-355 uses cast iron parts. And there is a dedicated grounding device inside the box. For H160 and above machine bases, thermal protection devices are considered for installation positions. The power inlet hole adopts a double hole inlet and has two sealing structures: one is an encrypted cover, and the other is a locking seal. The junction box is generally located at the top of the machine base and can be connected on all four sides. In addition, the junction box of H80-355 cast iron machine base can also be located on the side of the machine base.
