Brief Introduction

For the motor with oil injection and drainage device without shutdown. The bearings need to be lubricated regularly. The oil filling period, oil quantity and grease brand are shown on the oil filling plate on the fan cover of the motor.

If the motor does not have an oil filling plate or is indicated separately, No. 3 lithium grease shall be used for the bearing grease of conventional motor.

There are two refueling methods:

a) Open the oil injection nozzle and dust cover of oil discharge outlet, remove the bolt of oil discharge outlet, wipe up the oil nozzle, connect to the oil injection nozzle by the manual oil gun or air pressure oil gun, and inject the grease, till discharging new grease from the oil discharge outlet.

b) Remove the oil gun, let the motor operates for 10-20 minutes, confirm that the excess grease is discharged, screw back the plug of oil discharge outlet, and finish refueling.
