Bearing noises and high temperatures are problems that arise from time to time in the manufacturing and application of electric motors; in order to solve this type of problem, improving the structure of the bearing system and selecting the appropriate lubricant are relatively common methods and measures.

 

In comparison, grease that is too thick has better adhesion, but creates greater resistance to bearing operation, leading to bearing heating problems. In contrast, thinner grease is favourable to the operation of bearings, but the adhesion is poorer, which is not conducive to the long-term operation of bearings. If the lithium grease and oil mixed together, the two will affect each other and cause a series of adverse consequences. On the one hand, the mixing of lithium grease and oil will lead to a decrease in lubrication effect, or even lubrication failure, affecting the normal work of the machine; on the other hand, the mixing of the lubricant will produce a chemical reaction, so that the original nature of the change, accelerating the wear and aging of the machine.
