The spring breeze blows and the green is lush. It is the most beautiful month of May in the world. In May, everything grows, flowers bloom, and the sun is warm. It is the gentlest chapter of the four seasons and the most splendid season in nature.
"May 1st" is also Labor Day, a common holiday for workers all over the world. It represents the respect of workers for labor and respect for the working people. In order to ensure the smooth progress of production tasks and meet deadlines of motor manufacturing throughout the year, the production workshop planned in advance and organized overtime production during the "May 1st" holiday. On this special day, the masters in our production workshop gave up their rest time and stuck to their posts. The production lines were running in an orderly manner, and the progress of each process was connected correctly. The production line was busy. We fully turned on the "busy mode" and worked at full speed to catch up with the progress and ensure production. During this holiday, We, Simo people, interpreted "labor is the most beautiful" with our actual actions.
In the final assembly workshop, employees in each process are full of enthusiasm and are constantly improving production efficiency and product quality to meet with motor deadlines.
In the machining plant, the transfer work is never delayed or slackened.
In the punching and riveting workshop, machines are roaring and assembly lines are running at high speed, creating a busy scene.
In the electric power sub-factory, the high-voltage line group, high-voltage package line group, and AC line group are operating skillfully. Everyone is racing against time to complete the orders and ensure that the next process is delivered on time.
