Machinery Mechanics Industrial Meeting Held

Recently, the Machinery Mechanics meeting and business management training of the liaison staff of the China Machinery Industry Enterprise Management Association was held in Qufu, Shandong.With the theme of "Collaborative empowerment and promoting the high-quality development of the machinery industry", this meeting was attended by more than 100 liaisers from member units across the country. Through various forms such as work exchanges, special training, and corporate visits, a deep link platform between the association and the enterprise, the enterprise and the enterprise was built.

Yang Yisheng, Vice President of General Affairs, pointed out that the Association has always adhered to the mission of promoting the management progress of the Machinery Mechanics industry and the improvement of personnel quality, and takes "leading, serving, innovating, and gathering sources" as the concept of holding the meeting to create value for the industry and its members. Subsequently, Vice President Yang Yisheng deployed the key work of the China Association of Machine Enterprises in the second half of the year, including the "Touyan Talent" training plan, the release of the Top 500 research, the special action for the improvement of enterprise management, and the Suzhou Business Center, etc., to provide a clear path for the development of the industry.

This meeting focused on the three dimensions of "sharing + training + practice", bringing participants a full range of learning experience.In the experience sharing session of outstanding liaisers, Manager Yang Jian of Harbin Boiler Factory Co., Ltd. and Director Wang Chenggang of Hangzhou Youcheng Machinery Co., Ltd. shared their experience.

The special training session closely follows the development needs of the industry, and invites senior experts to bring practical courses. Ding Rufeng, General Manager of Shandong Yulong Jinhe Precision Machinery Co., Ltd., gave a speech entitled "Concise Lean Management", combining the actual production and operation scenarios of the machinery industry to provide a "controllable and actionable" management method; Teacher He Xuanfang, AI algorithm engineer and product leader of the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, brought "AI Office Efficiency Doubling Strategy", from document processing, data analysis to presentation production, systematically explain the application of AI tools in office scenarios to help enterprises improve work efficiency.

The participants visited Tianbo Automobile and Jingdao Microelectronics, two benchmark manufacturing companies in Qufu, and went to the national political and moral education base and the integrity education base to feel the traditional culture of virtue, integrity and self-discipline for the government.

Before the meeting, Vice President Yang Yizhong held a symposium with representatives of some liaisers. At the symposium, the representatives spoke freely and put forward valuable suggestions from the perspective of member companies, reflecting the needs of the companies. Simo Electric's liaison Zhang Bangning participated in the symposium and put forward suggestions, which were affirmed by President Yang and Minister Jiang. Vice President Yang Yisheng responded to the suggestions and needs put forward by the liaisers one by one.
