    Innovation and improvement have always been the core of technical progress of Simo Electric. Since 2004, the company has organized technical personnel to participate in TRIZ innovation method training. More than 100 people have successively participated in internal training and centralized training organized by the Science and Technology Resource Center of the Provincial Science and Technology Department. Three innovation method lecturers, more than 20 innovation method engineers, and an international MTRI first-class certification engineer have been cultivated. The company has been rated as a benchmark enterprise for the promotion and application of TRIZ innovation methods by the Ministry of Science and Technology, The Science and Technology Resources Planning Center of Shaanxi Province, Xi'an University of Technology and other units jointly applied for the promotion and application project of innovative methods of the Ministry of Science and Technology twice, and passed the acceptance.

    Over the past 10 years, the company's technology research and development has also made great progress, to participate in the training of technical personnel to participate in training with the subject, to solve the company's technical problems, and to apply for and authorize more than 40 national invention, utility model and appearance patents.
