SIMO Motor has achieved a major breakthrough in the field of industrial permanent magnet motors, successfully developing four core series: auxiliary reluctance motors, low-voltage permanent magnet motors, high-voltage permanent magnet motors and low-speed direct-drive permanent magnet motors. These series fully cover the full-speed needs of industrial production, providing efficient and energy-saving power solutions for key industries such as iron and steel, chemical industry and mining, and helping the green transformation and intelligent manufacturing upgrade of the industrial field.

The newly launched permanent magnet motor series deeply addresses the core pain points of industrial production. All of them reach the IE5 standard in energy efficiency, saving 5-12% more electricity than traditional asynchronous motors, and perfectly adapt to "energy-intensive equipment" in the industrial field such as fans, water pumps, compressors and rolling mills. Among them, the high-voltage permanent magnet motors adopt neodymium-iron-boron permanent magnet materials and VPI vacuum pressure impregnation technology, extending the insulation life to 30 years, which can withstand the extreme high-temperature and high-corrosion environments in the metallurgical and chemical industries. With an overload capacity of 1.5 times the rated torque, they are suitable for the instantaneous load requirements of heavy-duty equipment such as rolling mills and mine hoists; the low-speed direct-drive permanent magnet motors eliminate the traditional reducer link, increasing the transmission efficiency by 15% and reducing the maintenance cost by 30%, achieving remarkable energy saving and emission reduction effects in low-speed and heavy-duty scenarios such as conveyors, cooling tower fans and mills.

The product matrix has achieved precise coverage of all industrial scenarios: in the iron and steel industry, the high-voltage permanent magnet motors supporting rolling mills save more than 100,000 kWh of electricity annually, and the speed control accuracy is increased to ±0.1%, helping to refine the rolling process; in the chemical industry, the low-voltage permanent magnet motors with IP65 protection level have successfully adapted to the humid and corrosive working conditions such as circulating water pumps and compressors.
