From September 27th to 30th, SIMO motor participated in the 4-days "Qin Chuang Yuan·Jinghe Xincheng Cup" Shaanxi Province Innovation Contest. Our company selected two projects to participate in this competition, namely "The Innovative Design of Auxiliary Fan Motor for Dual-Source EMUs Based on TRIZ Theory" by Zhou J, Zhang W.H., and Zhang D.W; and "Innovative Design of Large Motor Rotor Assembly" by Hong YG, Gan W, Tian J.

The competition is sponsored by the Shaanxi Association for Science and Technology, the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and the Xixian New District Management Committee. Co-organized by the Institute; a total of 326 entries from more than 100 enterprises across the province were collected, involving aerospace, machinery, computer communications, electric power, railways, pharmaceutical manufacturing and other industries. Among them, 100 projects with good application effects and high quality were selected as finalists.

The competition has undergone fierce competition in the links of preliminary review, theoretical testing, project display, roadshow defense, expert comments, etc. In the end, all the projects participated by Sima Electric have achieved excellent results; The "Innovative Design of Auxiliary Fan Motor" won the first prize of the Innovation Method Competition; the project "Innovative Design of Large Motor Rotor Assembly" won the third prize of the Innovation Method Competition.

"Scientific and technological innovation, method first." For enterprises, only with innovative methods can they increase labor productivity and obtain higher economic benefits. Innovative methods are the prerequisite for innovative practice and creativity. The idea determines the way out, and the pattern determines the outcome. We must improve our capacity for independent innovation, through technological innovation, to get out of the dilemma of enterprise development, and achieve healthy, sustainable and rapid development of the enterprise.
