--Enterprises Held a Technical Quality Work Conference

 

 

    In the afternoon of February 3, SIMO motor held the 2023 Simo Motor Technical and Quality Work Conference and Technical Innovation Commendation Meeting in the conference hall on the second floor of the company.

 

    Hao Xiangfeng, Secretary of Party Committee, Gao Shifeng, Deputy Chief Engineer, He Jinquan, Financial Controller, Xi Chunling, Deputy Financial Controller and all middle-level cadres attended the meeting.

 

    Minister Gao Shifeng of the Technical Department made a report on the technical work in 2023, and arranged and deployed the technical work in 2023.

 

 

    Minister Guan Yu of the After-sales Service Department reports on the external quality information status report for 2023; Wang Zhen of the Quality Assurance Department reports on the internal quality information status report for 2023.

 

 

    Minister Wang Kun of QA Department made a report on the quality work in 2023 and arranged the quality work in 2023.

 

    Minister Wang read out the company's document "Notice on the Establishment of Special Quality Enhancement Groups to Further Improve the Quality of Products", which set up six special groups, with the head of each relevant department as the group leader. The leaders of the group spoke at the meeting to find and solve the many outstanding problems affecting product quality in the production process, to rapidly improve the quality of the company's products, and to accomplish the set goal of the 2024 Quality Improvement Year.

 

    The meeting commended and rewarded the excellent new product projects, technical progress projects, technical innovation projects and management innovation projects in 2023; the meeting affirmed the company's technological innovation and quality management work and put forward new requirements.

 

    Party Secretary Hao Xiangfeng made an important speech, he pointed out that: 2023 the whole motor industry is facing great pressure, the market effective demand is insufficient, SIMO company withstand the pressure, in the joint efforts of all workers have made some achievements.

 

 

    Secretary Hao requested:

 

    1. the enterprise's new product positioning to continue to pull up, keep pace with the industry's new product development in a timely manner, do not fall behind; even in individual areas, our new products to be in a leading position.

 

    2. to establish the cost, quality is designed out of the point of view, to eliminate excessive design.

 

    3. standardization, the establishment of visualization, feasible technology, quality and other standards, the entire standard is the company from design, manufacturing, procurement, sales to each employee recognition and can be seriously implemented. Standards should be clear, understandable, good implementation, standards can really land, into the staff are willing to accept, willing to implement the daily work habits.

 

    4. the design should be market-oriented design, close to the market; to further strengthen cooperation between industry, academia and research, with the help of universities and colleges outside the brain, integration, the results of scientific research on the ground, transformed into the scientific and technological productivity of the Simo, to jump out of the thinking of the fixed circle, open the brain, and actively innovate.

 

    5. Secretary Hao also on the hot issues of concern to the staff, put forward the hope, requirements.

 

    The year 2024 is a new starting point and a new journey for SIMO, let's stand up our chest, reborn in the fire, move forward, and create another brilliant SIMO, in honor of the 70th anniversary of the foundation of SIMO in the year 2025.
