6. Defects in the structure of the motor itself, such as journal oval, bending of the rotor shaft, too large or too small a gap between the shaft and the axial tile, bearing housing, foundation plate, a part of the foundation and even the entire motor mounting base of the rigidity is not enough.
7. Insecure fixing between the motor and the base plate, loosening of the foot bolts, loosening between the bearing seat and the base plate, etc.
8. The clearance between the shaft and the shaft tile is too large or too small, not only can cause vibration can also make the lubrication and temperature of the shaft tile to produce abnormal.

10. AC motor stator wiring error, wire-wound asynchronous motor rotor winding short circuit, synchronous motor excitation winding turn-to-turn short circuit, synchronous motor excitation line round connection error, cage-type asynchronous motor rotor broken, rotor core deformation caused by the stator and rotor air gap is not uniform, resulting in air gap flux imbalance and thus cause vibration.
