YE4 series motor is a three phase 50hz induction motor, which is independently developed by our company. Its cooling method is 1C411,meeting GB/T 755 "Rotating Electrical Machines- Ratings and Performance” and JB/T13299-2017 “Specification for YE5 series (P55) High Efficiency Three-phase induction Motor (Frame size 63-355)".its efficiency value complies with the level 1 energy efficiency standard in GB 18613-2012 and is consistent with the lE4 in the international standard IEC 60034-30 "Energy Efficiency Class of Single-speed Three-phase Cage Induction Motors.

Brief Introduction

YE4 motor is a three phase 50hz induction motor, which anti-rust and protective measures should be added to the shaft extension and flat key surface of the motor. The shaft flattening key of the motor, the operation manual (the same user, the same type of a batch of motors at least one supply, the operation manual should be marked with the address of the manufacturer) and the product certificate shall be provided to the user with each motor.

The packaging of the motor should be able to ensure that the motor under normal storage and transportation conditions will not be damp and damaged due to improper packaging within one year from the date of delivery. The text and signs on the outer wall of the packing box should be clear and neat, and the contents are as follows:

1. Name of first cargo station and manufacturer;

2. Name of receiving station and receiving unit;

3. Motor model and production number;

4. The net weight of the motor and the gross weight of the box:

5. Box size;

6. The words "Handle with care" and "fear of rain" should be marked in the appropriate position of the box, and the graphics should comply with the provisions of GB/T191-2008.

In the case that the user correctly uses and stores the three phase 50hz induction motor in accordance with the provisions of the instruction manual, the manufacturer shall ensure that the motor can operate well within 1 year after the start of use, or not more than 2 years from the manufacturer's date of production. If the motor is damaged or does not work properly due to poor manufacturing quality within this specified time, the manufacturer shall repair or replace the parts or the motor for the user free of charge.
