Brief Introduction

YVFE4 series variable speed reversible motor is a special three-phase asynchronous motor with a frequency conversion speed regulation device as the power supply. The system composed of a frequency conversion device can realize stepless speed regulation and achieve the purpose of energy saving and control automation.YVFE4 series motors adopt squirrel cage structure, which is reliable in operation and easy to maintain.The motor is equipped with an independent axial fan to ensure that the motor has a good cooling effect at different speeds.

The traditional winding insulation treatment process of YVFE4 series variable speed reversible motor includes three steps of preheating, dipping and drying the treated object. Most of the preheating and drying use high-temperature ovens, which are a combination of three different and discontinuous equipment.However, no matter which process it is, there are some potential problems without exception, such as: (1) The curing effect is not good, the appearance quality is poor; (2) The amount of paint hanging is unstable, and the distribution of impregnated paint is uneven; (3) The residual paint on the inner and outer circular surfaces of the iron core is difficult to clean, and the material and labor costs are high; and there are interference problems with the parts; (3) The discontinuity of the process and the process leads to environmental pollution and material waste; (4) The drying process is uneven due to the uneven furnace temperature, resulting in uneven heating of the heated parts, and even local charred quality failures.
