YE3 series AC low voltage water pump motor is independently developed by SIMO company. The coolant mode is IC411, which meets with regulations of GB/T 755 Rotating Electrical Machines- Ratings and Performance and JB/T 13299 Specifications for YE4-series (IP55) High Efficiency Three-phase Induction Motor (Frame size 63-355). Its efficiency value complies with the grade 2 energy efficiency standard in GB 18613-2020 and is consistent with the lE4 in the international standard IEC 60034- Energy Efficiency Grade of Single Speed Three Phase Cage Induction Motors. This series of products can completely replace the obsolete products of low-voltage three-phase asynchronous motors, such as Y, YGM, YGM2, YE2 and YE3-series of motor.

Brief Introduction

 

The relationship between water pumps and motors is actually very simple. The operation of water pumps cannot be separated from motors, except for pneumatic diaphragm pumps, which use compressed gas as the power source. The main component of a water pump is the impeller, which is connected to the motor and pump shaft through a coupling. The pump shaft is connected to the impeller, and the motor drives the impeller to rotate. This way, the water pump can start working normally. Therefore, the relationship between the water pump and the motor is very close, and the head and flow can be adjusted through the motor.
The relationship between water pump and motor
1. The rotor of the pump is connected to the pump shaft through a coupling, and the pump speed is equivalent to the motor speed.
2. The selection of motors is generally based on three-phase asynchronous motors, and different connections can change the speed of the water pump.
3. The pump shaft is connected to the motor shaft through a gearbox, and the pump speed is equal to the motor speed * gearbox reduction ratio.
4. The star connection and Y-connection of three-phase motors can directly intervene in the head and flow rate of the water pump.
5. The higher the power of the motor, the higher the head of the water pump.
