JS motor, usually used to drive low-load mechanical equipment, such as fans, pumps, compressors, wound rotor induction generator wind turbine, etc.The motor can adjust the speed by adjusting the voltage and frequency to adapt to different working loads.
Small and medium-sized squirrel cage asynchronous motors (below 100kW) use cheaper aluminum instead of copper, and cast the rotor conductors, short-circuit rings, and fans into one to become cast aluminum squirrel cage rotors.Squirrel cage asynchronous motors have a simple structure, reliable work, and easy to use and maintain, so they are widely used. The windings of the wire-wound rotor are similar to those of the stator, but the three-phase windings are connected in a star shape, and the three end wires are connected to the three copper slip rings mounted on the shaft, which are connected to the external circuit through a set of brushes.
This series of motors which used as wound rotor induction generator wind turbine, can add thermal protection or heaters according to user requirements. Among them, the windings of the H160~H400 motors can be embedded with PTC temperature measuring elements or Pt100 temperature measuring elements according to user requirements.H280~H400 motors can be embedded with Pt100 bearing temperature measuring components according to user requirements.H160~H400 motors can install heaters according to user requirements.The H355~H400 motor thermal protection and heater wiring share an independent junction box, which is located on the right side of the motor. The thermal protection and heater of the rest of the base number share a junction box with the main power supply.The H180~H400 motor which used as wound rotor induction generator wind turbine, has an oil injection and exhaust device, and the motor junction box is located at the top of the base. It can also be made into a right outlet or a left outlet according to user requirements.
For grounding flexible wires, they must be green and yellow insulated wires, and other wires must not use this color mark.The logo of the outlet end of the motor shall comply with the provisions of GB 1971, and shall be engraved on the outlet end or marked with a label sheet (tube). For motors with wiring boards, the logo shall be engraved on the wiring board at the same time, and shall not be replaced by a separate hanging label sheet (tube). The outlet terminal logo of the motor can be represented by a color line consistent with the wiring diagram.
The lead-out wires of capacitors, centrifugal switches, etc. on the motor should have a sign of the outlet end.All signs on the motor can be printed, engraved, pressed or other equivalent engraving methods. They must be clear, clear, durable, and not easily erased during the entire service life of the motor.Whether it meets the requirements should be tested and determined according to the following methods. First use a wet cotton cloth soaked in water to wipe the logo for 15s, and then use a cotton cloth soaked in gasoline to wipe for 15s.
The logo of the motor should remain clear and legible after the above-mentioned tests and all the tests specified in this standard, and cannot be easily removed. The nameplate should not be easy to move and may cause crimping that falls off.Each product must have a supporting manual when it leaves the factory.If it is a targeted supply in batches, the entire contents of the manual can be reflected in the manner agreed by both parties, but at least one manual is required for each box of products.All possible dangerous conditions and troubleshooting conditions should be indicated on the product manual to avoid safety accidents caused by improper use by users.
