Secondly, the company has some hydraulic equipment and environmental protection equipment. Due to the limitations of working conditions and the environment, antifreeze and warmth are particularly critical. To this end, in November, the manufacturing department arranged for special personnel to ventilate and drain the water-cooled machines of the environmental protection equipment of the electric processing branch with air pressure, post seals on the control buttons to seal and deactivate, and wrap thermal insulation materials in other water supply pipelines to protect them; guide the employees of the punching and riveting branch and the machining branch to add antifreeze to the cooling water tank of the laser cutting machine and the hot sleeve unit proportionally; for the electric processing branch and the machining branch, the machine tool preheating time is too long in winter, and notify the operating staff to start the hydraulic system circulation in advance after going to work and start the installed heating equipment to preheat to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
