There are two types of motors produced by Xi'an Simo Motor Co., Ltd.: DC motors and AC motors, which are three phase asynchronous motor. As a member of the induction motor family, its core operating mechanism relies on the power supply of a three-phase AC power supply. This power supply system provides a voltage of 380V, and the phase difference between the three phases is precisely controlled at 120 degrees. The unique charm of this type of motor lies in the fact that although the internal rotor and the stator rotate in the same direction, there is a clever difference in speed. This speed difference is the deviation rate. It is this characteristic that gives it the name "three phase asynchronous motor".

The Development Cause Of Simo Motor

During operation, the rotor speed of the three phase asynchronous motor is always slightly lower than the speed of the stator rotating magnetic field. This speed mismatch leads to the relative movement between the rotor winding and the rotating magnetic field. This movement in turn stimulates the generation of electromotive force and current. These electromotive force and current then interact with the magnetic field to form a powerful electromagnetic torque that drives the motor to complete the energy conversion and transmission.

From the perspective of structure, the three phase asynchronous motor is carefully constructed from two core parts-the stator and the rotor. The stator part is like the solid foundation of a motor, including the stator iron core (as a key part of the magnetic circuit), the stator winding, and the base that supports everything. The rotor, on the other hand, is cleverly placed inside the stator, retaining a fine air gap between the two. This design not only ensures the compactness of the structure, but also ensures the smooth progress of electromagnetic action. According to the different rotor winding designs of Simo motors, three-phase asynchronous motors can be subdivided into two categories: cage rotors and winding rotors, each with its own unique application scenarios and advantages.

Talking about the working principle, the threephase asynchronous motor cleverly uses the interaction between the stator rotating magnetic field and the rotor current. When three-phase AC current is injected into the stator winding in a symmetrical manner, a powerful rotating magnetic field comes into being. It rotates clockwise along the inner circular space of the stator and rotor at a synchronous speed, like an invisible hand, pushing the rotor of the motor forward continuously, realizing a gorgeous turn from electrical energy to mechanical energy.

In view of its high performance, high reliability and convenient maintenance, three-phase asynchronous motors have become the darling of many industrial and commercial fields. They are widely used in the power drive of key equipment such as pumps, fans, compressors and conveyor belts, providing a solid support for the smooth operation of modern production and life.
