    The Spring of March is in full bloom! Accompanied by the beautiful spring, Simo was invited to participate in the second general meeting of the third session of the Innovation Methods Research Association organized by Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Department.

    The Office of Science and Technology Resources honors the units that have achieved good results in all the work of promoting and applying innovative methods in our province.

    SIMO was honored with the title of "Excellent Unit of Shaanxi Province in Promoting and Applying Innovative Methods"!

Mr. Zhang Banning, Director of Simo Motor Technology System, was honored as "Excellent Individual in Promoting and Applying Innovative Methods in Shaanxi Province", and comrades Zhou Jing, Zhang Wenhui, Hong Yaguo, and Tan Yan were honored as "Excellent Individual in Applying Innovative Methods in Shaanxi Province". The honor was awarded to Mr. Wang Mechanics, director of Shaanxi Science and Technology Resource Department, made a speech, putting forward five harvests and three hopes in the past 15 years of promoting and applying innovation methods in Shaanxi Province. He said that we have gained a complete innovation method system, a team of experts from universities and enterprises, a group of friends who are willing to do things, and a group of young innovation backbones. Our team has solved many scientific research problems and created a localized innovation ecology.

    Zhang Bangning, the director representative of Sima Electric, delivered a speech, expressing a new and systematic view on innovation, using the GROW model to set goals, and using nonviolent and effective communication to achieve the unity of work objects; Focus on solving difficult problems with the single point breakthrough method. Communication is an essential part of innovation and even daily work. He integrated innovative methods into his work and life, foresaw the fixed thinking of guarding against innovative methods, and raised innovation to another level.

    Innovation and improvement have always been the core of the work of the technical department. Improving product quality, shortening processing cycle and reducing manufacturing cost are the goals we pursue.
