SIMO Awarded the Certificate of National Excellent Energy-saving Technology
News from China Industrial Energy Conservation and Clean Production Association: Recently, the "90kW Permanent Magnet Direct Drive System for Mixer Equipment" declared by our company won the application case of excellent energy-saving technical equipment in the field of electric drive.
Traditional mixing equipment drive system consists of high-speed asynchronous motor + reducer gear box + lubrication system, mixing equipment for the vertical long-axis rotating device, reducer connected to the mixing shaft, asynchronous motor through the reducer to reduce the speed and increase the torque of the way to transfer power to work. The disadvantages of this transmission are obvious: short bearing life of the reducer, multi-stage transmission mechanical loss, reducer oil leakage contamination of the mixing liquid, high center of the drive unit, the overall vibration of the noise, the reducer needs to be installed in the lubricating oil pumps, which leads to a large amount of maintenance.

SIMO has targeted to develop a permanent magnet direct drive system to modify the original drive system, the modified mixing equipment low-speed large torque permanent magnet direct drive system consists of low-speed large torque permanent magnet motor + special controller.
This direct drive permanent magnet direct drive system uses a 90 kW low-speed high torque permanent magnet synchronous motor to directly drive the mixer, cancels the reducer and other mechanical transmission structures, eliminates the reducer vibration, noise, oil leakage and other risks, reduces the transmission chain links, improves the energy transmission efficiency, and improves the system reliability. The comprehensive energy saving rate reached 20.3%.
Annual energy saving: 18kWh × 8000=144000kWh/year (the estimated power saving per hour is about 18kWh, and the annual operation is 8000h)
Annual electricity saving: 75000 yuan; Annual emission reduction CO2: 83.664 tons
